Our Story
Talent Compass is a lifelong work in progress from our founder, Bharat Kathpal. Since 2009, our founder has worked in the HR Industry and provided expertise in Labour Relations, Employee Relations, Contractual Negotiations, Policies and Procedures and Recruitment.
The aim is not only to bridge the gap between the right candidates for the right positions but also always keeping the “Human” factor in HR first. Relationships and working with integrity during the process always have been the priority at Talent Compass. In addition to providing people driven recruitment, we also take immense pride in our consulting Services. Consulting helps us empower businesses without dedicated HR departments or Managers.
